Equity Eligible Contractors (EECs) are Approved Vendors or Designees, majority owned by an Equity Eligible Person (EEP), earning points for non-EEC Approved Vendors in TCS (TCS Scoring Rubric) and CDCS (CDCS Scoring Rubric) project submissions.
