An REC Broker/Aggregator collaborates with installers, developers, and individuals to submit projects for approval into Illinois Shines. Responsible for tasks such as submitting applications, collecting meter readings, monitoring REC creation, and distributing payments, the REC Broker/Aggregator interfaces with customers through a designated representative and plays a pivotal role in the renewable energy process.
